Orchard Road Planned Community Proposed

Dana Glass Properties, Inc., is pleased to announce our second Planned Community in Lititz, PA. The property is situated on 50 acres on Orchard Road - just north of Newport Road.

The proposed neighborhood will have 114 Single Family Homes and a Clubhouse. Residents of the community will be 55 and over.

The first Planned Community built by Dana Glass Properties, Inc. is Newport Square which includes approximately 200 owner occupied single family homes, 20 townhouse condominiums, 295 rental homes, four mixed-use or Live/Work Buildings and a convenience store. Plans also exist to develop an adaptive reuse project with the historically significant Bank Barn that sits on Newport Road. The Newport Inn will have approximately 30 rooms and a restaurant.

The Orchard Road Community has not yet been named. We will keep you up to date as we further develop our plans and schedule.
