Heatherwoods is a mixed-use residential housing community located on 84 acres in East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This community is the result of a cooperative effort including Dana/Glass Properties, Inc. and Susquehanna Valley Development Group, Inc. (the Developers), East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County Planning Commission, Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership, Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Agency, Housing Development Corporation, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh. Heatherwoods provides a mix of rental housing (56 Units) and for sale housing (120 Units). The for sale housing is a combination of town homes (46), duplex homes (18) and single family homes (61). Heatherwoods is a joint venture with Susquehanna Valley Development Group, Inc. The southern end of the property includes over ten acres of environmentally sensitive land which has been preserved and dedicated to East Cocalico Township.
