Spring Township, Centre County, adjacent to Bellefonte Borough, Pennsylvania

Our Cambridge project is approximately 390 acres of which 25 is commercially zoned. The site is bisected by State Route 220 (Future Interstate 99). This project will become a master-planned community that will encompass a wide variety of residential housing options for residents of all incomes. We are anticipating 1300 - 1500 residential units from apartments, rowhomes, single-family attached and semi-detached, active adult condominium units, and live/work units (first floor office or commercial use with second floor being residential, spaces perfect for our increasingly telecommuter society.

Cambridge's design is a neo-traditional layout with a focus on streetscapes with "walkability" that provide cohesive neighborhood connectivity. Its design takes cues from the adjacent Victorian-era Bellefonte. The neighborhoods will each surrond community squares, court yards or common areas. And, with fitness and health as an important priority in all of our lives, the Cambridge project will include approximately 40 acres of an athletic/recreation "park" centrally located and connected to both sides of the project via a pedestrian bridge over future Route I-99.
