Amberleigh Community Association

All home owners at Amberleigh will be members of the Amberleigh Home Owners Association (HOA). The HOA will be responsible for the maintenance of the Village Green, community trails, pond and other open space at Amberleigh. The monthly fees and the services that are provided by the HOA will be different for the town homes and single family homes. For the townhomes the HOA will provide exterior and lawncare maintenance of the townhomes at Amberleigh.
